Can I create a group profile?
Yes! Create the name of your profile.
Create group goals.
Invite AMG members to join your group page.
Annual Subscription Plans (prices are subject to change)
Basic Plan $14.99/year (enter and track goals).
Premium Plan $19.99/year (basic plan + access to products and services).
Platinum Plan $24.99/year (premium plan + alerts and additional features).
Diamond Plan $49.99/year (platinum plan + accountability partners).
Can I upgrade to a higher plan?
You can upgrade to a new plan at any time.
Select the option ‘Upgrade’ and simply pay the difference.
If I upgrade to a new plan, what will be my new plan end date?
Your plan end date will not change.
Upgrading or downgrading to a different plan does not change your original plan end date.
Can I downgrade to a lesser plan?
If you wish to downgrade, a prorated refund will be issued after 30 days.
8. Am I able to cancel my annual subscription?
If you wish to cancel, a prorated refund will be issued after 30 days.
9. Am I able to transfer or add a family member to my subscription?
No; an annual subscription is for one member.
Goals
How many goals can I create?
You can create unlimited goals within your annual subscription plan. However, the number of goals you can have active at one time is determined by your plan.
What are Active Goals?
Active Goals are a combination of Goals in Progress and/or Goals Behind Schedule.
How are goals counted?
When a goal is marked as Complete, it is no longer counted as an Active Goal.
What happens when I complete a goal?
Your Active Goal count will decrease by one.
Your completed goal will be placed in Read Only status.
You can no longer modify completed goals.
What happens when I delete a goal?
You cannot retrieve a goal once it has been deleted.
Your number of active goals will decrease by one.
Can I create private goals?
Yes. Select the option to create the goal as private.
If you do not select private, the goal will be public and visible only to friends in your circle.
Can I keep my goals private and confidential?
Yes. Create and/or modify your goals as private.
Private goals are only visible to you.
No one can see your private goals—not even your circle of friends.
Who can see my goals?
Anyone you invite into your circle of friends can see your public goals.
What are Suggested Goals?
Suggested Goals are a list of common goal categories that new goal setters may choose from.
How do I reorganize my goal steps?
Create an extra step.
Cut and paste the steps in the order you want.
Will I receive an alert if I am behind schedule with a goal?
Yes, the goal will appear in bold red on your page.
You can also upgrade to the Platinum Plan, which offers email and/or text alerts.
Is there someone available to help break down my goal into smaller tasks?
Yes, you will have the option to select an AMG Resource, i.e., a professional Coach, a mentor, or an accountability partner.
Is there a penalty for not reaching my goal?
No, the tool will not penalize you for not accomplishing your goal.

Once I select an AMG Resource, will I receive unsolicited email from advertisers?
You will not. We pledge to keep the interaction between you and the AMG Resource within our web tool.
What happens if I select an AMG Resource and I am still not able to accomplish my goal?
Our objective is to provide the AMG community with quality products and services; as such, we do not purport a guarantee of goal achievement using AMG Resources.
What if there are no products or services to help me reach my goals?

Use at least one AMG Resource to help you achieve your goals.
Write a success story about the goal you achieved.
Write a review about the AMG Resource that helped you achieve your goal.
Create a short video for AMG social media promotions.
